DTS IMPORT / EXPORT GIVES ERROR

Resloved using the below solution.

Run the svrnetcn.exe on which MSDE is installed, SQL Server Network Utility Dialogbox will be displayed,Make sure that TCP/IP is enabled and the port is 1433.
